Terms and Conditions

• Items are sold on a 1st confirm (i.e. when you give me your particulars according to the format stated in the "Orders" section) 1st serve basis, no reservations are allowed
  
• Once orders are confirmed, no backouts are allowed. Buyers who backout will be blacklisted!
• All prices are quoted before adding postage charges
  
• Buyer bears all postage charges
  
• Payment must be done within 3 working days after confirmation
• Items will be posted within 3 working days after payment has been confirmed (Note: The 1st Saturday of every month is a holiday for Pos Malaysia)
  
• Goods sold are NOT exchangeable/ refundable
• Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Do request if you want to see an item on a different color background etc
  
• Charming Pieces is not responsible for damage/loss during shipping
